Join the Howard University Alumni Club of Baltimore (HUACB) as we celebrate 100 years of scholarship with a day of food, fun, and fellowship at the historical Pimlico Race Course for a Day at the Races in the heart of Baltimore City. Guests will hear from alumni throughout the years, learn about the impact the club has made on Baltimore, and raise additional funds for our Mamie Carroll Woodford Scholarship. Each ticket will be valid for access to the event, as well as access to the Pimlico Race Course grounds for the duration of the day and free parking in the Hayward parking lot (Event Parking). A brunch buffet will be served with juices, water, coffee and teas. A cash bar will be open and available. Guests will hear from various speakers throughout the afternoon, participate in raffle and silent auctions from various Baltimore and alumni businesses, and party with a purpose. Guests are encouraged to step out in their finest derby attire and join us for a day of fun! All proceeds from the centennial event will go towards the Mamie Carroll Woodford Scholarship.
