The first priority is that voters in MD-5 need to hear the following message on Praise 92.7, WHUR 96.3, Majic 102.3, and WTOP during Week 2 (top priority) and Week 1 (second priority). 

Voters need to hear three things from an older Black woman: First, that Rushern Baker has already proven he can turn a crisis around — he did it in Prince George's County, and now the country needs that same leadership in Congress. Second, that experience matters when it comes to getting results and standing up to Trump.  And third, Baker answers to people, not special interests and this race is a choice: the establishment has their candidate, but voters have theirs. Real leadership isn't about who the powerful choose. It's about who fights for us.

The second priority is that voters in MD-5, especially those in Prince George's County and Black voters over 50, need to see streaming/digital and linear (broadcast, MSNBC, radio) in the month of June with the following message:

With so much under attack by Trump, there’s no time for on-the-job training. Rushern Baker is a proven leader with a record of taking on Trump and getting things done. As two-term Prince George’s County Executive, Baker brokered the deal that brought a new regional hospital to serve Prince George’s County and Southern Maryland, ensuring access to quality healthcare in our community. He also created thousands of good-paying jobs. In Congress, Baker will take on Trump and lower costs for Maryland families.
